Bridging Memory and Logic ICs for a Better System Performance

GSA Memory Conference will be held on March 16, 2010 in Taipei, Taiwan. This conference is co-organized by Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering (CIEE) and it is the first ever industry event dedicated to all memory companies, system houses, and semiconductor companies. The main theme is “Bridging Memory and Logic ICs for a Better System Performance”.

The conference will feature executives from leading companies in the memory field and system houses to share their perspectives and insights regarding the business model, applications and future opportunities of DRAM, NAND Flash and other emerging memory technologies such as phase change memory (PCM).

2010 GSA Memory Conference Report - Bridging Memory and Logic ICs for Better System Performance

The GSA Memory Conference, held in Taipei on March 16, 2010, ended with great success. The 2010 GSA Memory Conference Report records the key perspectives and insights from the distinguished speakers and the companies they represented at this conference. It also brings together impartial views and comments from the Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center (IEK), the industrial research arm of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), a long-term associate to GSA.

The 2010 GSA Memory Conference touched mainstream memories, emerging memories, and the opportunities to integrate logics and memories. As emerging system devices and related technologies appear to be an important trend in the semiconductor industry, this report, accordingly, intends to create greater awareness of emerging memories, system device applications, market prospects, and related technology developments.
